About Yousuf
He did his graduation from S.M. Arts College-University of Karachi, in 1971 and continued to serve in his senior lawyer’s chamber. Did his Law from S.M. Law Collage in 1981. From 1983 he has been practicing in Higher Courts.
Has forty (40) years’ experience in Civil, Constitutional Law, Service Law, Banking, Banking, Property/Real Estate, Registration, Taxation, (particularly Sales Tax on Service), Insurance Law and SECP, Real State, Contracts, Joint Venture etc. has special know how about Exchange Companies, FOREX ILLEGAL MONEY TRANSFERS (HAWALA) (Smuggling of Forex).
Has his Law Firm “YOUSUF LAW ASSOCIATES”, with number of Lawyers Associates in above fields, besides H.R. Qualified Trainers in FOREX and Forensic Psychology.
Earlier on has rich experience in Service Laws, Master and Servants and also Labour Laws.

Has been providing Consultancy to DHA, Karachi, ASF Foundation, Dealt with Fauji Foundation, Ships’ Agents Associations (PSAA), Pakistan International Freight Forwarders Association (PIFFA), Stevedores Conference, Indenters and KCCI.
Mohammed Yousuf Advocate is a keen observer of national and international political developments. His areas of special interest are militancy, Iraq, energy politics, national politics and the terrorism in Pakistan.
He has written extensively, at News Central Asia, Turkish Journal and South Asia Tribune. Since 2007, he has been regularly contributing under the pen name of “Amicus” until end 2014.
